SCA is hiring Crew Leaders for the next Conservation Leadership Corps Season in the Washington, DC Metro Area and the city of Houston. As a leader of a Conservation Leadership Corps Crew, you will work with urban students in local parks during the school year. Crews run for about 5 months (starting in December/January) and crews typically meet one weekend a month (either camping or on day trips) and one evening a month, weekends are comprised of environmental education, outdoor skills, and conservation service projects.

For many of the students, it is their first opportunity to get out of the city and see nature first-hand and will prepare them for a summer crew experience with SCA. Crew Leader pay is about $200-$250/month. CLC crews are currently running in Washington DC, Pittsburgh, Seattle, Oakland, and Houston.
