Business Intellience Consultant/Analyst

As consultants, you will be primarily responsible for the design and implementation of small projects, or, on larger projects, working within a team. You must possess confidence and have the ability to successfully deploy projects with the support and expertise of others at PII. We are looking for self-sufficient and driven individuals that also understand when to escalate issues to management. The opportunities are limitless as you will be involved in pre-sales activities, internal projects and also encouraged to be creative in your personal job role and responsibilities.



Currently, we are seeking individuals with 1-3 years of experience, preferably working in professional services or the software industry. This is a full-time, salaried position, where the individual will spend the majority of their time working directly with our clients. Responsibilities may include training customers, gathering requirements, design, and development. Development will be focused on building interactive reports and applications in tools like Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, JSP, Java, and Perl.



This position includes the following:



* Annual salary – rate is negotiable DOE

* Excellent full benefits package including great bonus potential.

* 40 hour work week.

* Position could include Full-Time travel depending on location.

* Business Casual environment.

* No H1b at this time.



Qualifications:



- Combination of Technical and Client Management Skills

- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills

- Understanding of SQL queries and relational databases

- Experience with Business Report Analysis and/or Development or Financial Planning

- Experience with Hyperion Essbase, IR, Planning, Analyzer, Reports, and HFM a plus

- Professional services experience

- Prefer a 4-year degree BSCS, BS MIS, BS CIS, Finance, Mathematics, or a related degree

- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
