25/f young professional with lovable dog needs a place to live!

Finding it very hard to find a suitable place to live in DC. Would like to be near a park or have a yard for my dog. Ideal locations would obviously be near a metro or bus line. I love sports, bbqing, hanging out with friends, etc. I am laid back but very neat and clean. Please let me know if you have a place available. Please Help!
