Responsible for assisting the Robert Graham Center staff with administrative office procedures. Duties include: managing schedules for multiple staff, making travel arrangements, serving as receptionist, answering phones, processing invoices for payment, and managing mailings and other correspondence. Other duties as assigned.





High school diploma or the equivalent plus two to four years work experience. Applicants should have experience managing extensive meeting and travel schedules for multiple office staff. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required. Requires basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and internet. Knowledge of Novel GroupWise a plus.
