Job Summary

Provide administrative support to ISSD Division Project Directors, Conference Managers and Conference Coordinators especially those supporting the grant review process. Database entry and maintenance, administrative logistics, answer questions, copy and paste forms, set-up and coordinate conference calls, trouble shoot, materials distribution, documentation back-up, on-site support, filing and other administrative tasks as assigned.



Qualification

One to two years experience providing administrative support. Proficient in MS Office suite. Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of oracle based database systems a plus.
