Front Office Assistant

Rapidly growing, solidly profitable firm that provides industry-leading training on workplace and legal compliance topics is seeking an energetic, dedicated, professional Front Office Assistant. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and employees, and be responsible for all front-desk and other administrative support duties. The company has experienced rapid growth over our seven-year history, with over 400 clients nationally and over 1 million people trained, and are well positioned for another period of dramatic growth.



Position Description



• Answer and screen all incoming calls

• Distribution of mail and overnight packaging

• Order and maintain offices supplies

• Set up contract files

• Filing and records management

• Photocopying, scanning and faxing

• Assist with seminars and conferences

• Maintain CLE records and certifications

• Sales support & administration

• Other duties and special projects as assigned





Relevant Experience



• 3+ years in a professional services office environment

• Extensive administrative support experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Internet research experience required

• Ability to maintain confidential information

• Some database experience helpful
