Sales Support/Customer Service Representative”
This individual will be responsible for processing quote requests and orders. This requires inter-office communications with logistics and manufacturing to facilitate shipping, and interoffice communications with finance to facilitate invoicing. This individual will also communicate the status of these processes to both customers and sales representatives, worldwide, via phone and email. Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point is required. Candidates with at least six months experience supporting a sophisticated sales force and their customers are preferred. Candidates with a B.A. or B.S. degree and a Life Sciences background are preferred, but not required.
The hours are 11-8
