ISProductions, a 20 year old Northern Virginia based Web Development and Internet Marketing firm for artists and photographers is looking for full time and part time persons with an arts or photography background to help artists and photographers that use the company's FolioLink and FolioArchive art services.

TASKS:

• 
  Assist staff with support of FolioLink, FolioArchive art services answering phones, responding to e-mail inquiries and performing light bookkeeping requests. Learn to use company's services and learn some basic HTML coding to assist with customer support (great opportunity for growth!)
  
  

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Possess art or photography background and enjoys talking to peer artists and photographers of all levels of profeciency.
  
• Has some experience in customer service or related office work.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a pleasant and professional phone manner.
  
• Is professional, upbeat, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  
• Comfortable answering phones, processing orders and multi-tasking in a small and energetic environment.
  
• Has great work ethics and excellent references.
  
• Is motivated to learn new skills and stay informed of the latest web technologies.
  

PLUS IF CANDIDATE HAS ANY OF THE ITEMS BELOW:

• University level education
  
• Computer based image editing and printing
  
• Knowledge of HTML and the Web
