Communications Associate

Immediate Opening – Full Time Position





Who We Are:



Neighbor To Nation is a non-profit organization located in Annandale, VA specializing in workplace giving campaigns across the nation. We represent the memberships of 3 federations and over 100 charities with a wide range of services. We are able to count charities such as Volunteers of America, Public Radio International, and Samaritan’s Purse as participants in our programs.



What We Need:



We are looking for a Communications Associate. The responsibilities include but are not limited to updating and maintaining the organization’s websites; assisting with research on fundraising strategies; assisting with the development and maintenance of the organization database; assisting managing the organization’s graphic standards.



What You Should Have:



4-year degree required

Project management, prioritization, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Adobe PDF Writer, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

Proficient in web based coding and software

Working knowledge of ColdFusion or other server technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Able to type at least 30 wpm
