We're searching for brilliant writers with strong samples that demonstrate their exceptional writing ability and strong conceptualizing skills and background. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers and Creative Leads to develop develop creative and effective concepts to achieve client objectives.


• Create or direct mock ups and present ideas/concepts, strategy to clients


• Understand account strategy and client dynamics.


• Develop high quality content for communications across media types.


• Collaborate with others to ensure consistency throughout assigned accounts.


• Collaborate with others to ensure the smooth and timely creation of material.


• Manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.


• Ensure material is within budget and branding guidelines.


• Understand and stay current with developments in client industries.


• Maintain schedules and budgets.


• Direct content for assigned client accounts.


• Develop and direct junior staff writers and freelancers to ensure quality.


• Contribute to the improvement of quality of processes, materials, standard of writing, content, and strategic direction.


• Assist in writing proposals, presentations, etc., as requested.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications or related area


• Three (3) years experience with solid advertising background


• Experience collaborating with designers, art directors and other creative professionals


• Excellent writing samples that demonstrate ability to effectively work in print, collateral, radio, TV, and Internet


• Demonstrate ability to think, write and present ideas both creatively and strategically


• Highly organized with well-honed time and project management skills
