NAHB is seeking a highly-organized administrative assistant to handle the office and program support in a fast-paced environment. Duties include record-keeping, data entry, mailings, phone inquiries, tracking purchase orders and invoices to budget reports, and processing payments for busy marketing department. The perfect candidate will have excellent multi-tasking and prioritization abilities, a high level of attention to detail and follow up and enjoy working in a creative team environment. Excellent verbal and written skills a must. Requires proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of database management highly desirable. Minimum of 3 years experience working in an office environment. Associates degree preferred.
