Sr. Test Engineer

-Designs, implements, executes, and evaluates a wide range of system and integration tests and to ensure that software, systems, and services meet minimum company standards against defined functional and non-functional requirements.
-Develops regression test suite and corresponding test data sets.
-Identify issues and defects. Work with appropriate parties to resolve issues and defects.
-Creates test artifacts in accordance with The Client's SDLC as well as other artifacts which support functional testing

Skills:
Senior (7+ yrs)
* CSQE, CSTE, CSQA or equivalent professional testing certification, and/or specialized training or certification in appropriate technologies (Java, HTML, C++, Sybase, DBMS, Internet, COBOL, UNIX, SQL, for examples) a plus.

Database and SQL background, good analytical skills, UNIX, Shell scripting, Clear Quest, Clear Case, Rational Test Manager, Microsoft Excel, ETL Tools, great communication skills and self starter.

* FAS140, Phoenix Accounting, Core Engine experience a big plus

EDUCATION:

BS Degree required in related field
