Tried to book a group of 7 for mans and peds the day before a friend's wedding and a massage for bride. I made the appt a month in advance and was told the day and technicians would be reserved for us. Wasn't until about a week and a half before the appointment that the spa director, Kelly(who had confirmed apt earlier) emails to say they cannot accom our group since only 1 man and 1 ped station. I change the appt so we only get mans to accom this and then she tells me that 1 instead of 2 people will be doing nails that day! Hardly an apology-instead try to get us to do facials! I still keep massage for bride and ask if the rest can use sauna during the hour appt and she wants to charge $30 each to do so! PS-They advertise for groups

This place does not deserve your money ---- go elsewhere where they actually treat people with respect and decency! But yes, it's too bad - the design inside is nice - people are not!
